ST plays it all — from Frank Sinatra to Frankie Valli to Frankly Anything!

Sound Traveler will be playing at the Original Portabella’s Italian Restaurant and Bourbon House in Rockledge on Saturday Night from 6-10 PM. Good food, great staff, wonderful music!

We had a great time at the Shorewood party on Sept 18. People were singing, dancing, swimming, and partying. So many wonderful and generous people with such positive feedback! And the weather was as perfect as it could possibly be anywhere on earth.

The friendly little Italian Restaurant with the very big name welcomed Sound Traveler to Rockledge on Friday, and a host of old Sound Traveler friends showed up also. After a couple of encores, we were invited back for next Saturday Sept. 25. See you there if you can make it!

Check it out! Sound Traveler will be included in the Christmas in the Mountains Volume 4. Last year a song written and recorded by Sound Traveler’s Bob Tatum and Ellie Hjemmett was included in the project, and the CD raised more than $28,000 to fight hunger in the mountains of North Carolina. This year Sound Traveler will again be included with a song cowritten by Nancy Kunze and Bob Tatum and recorded and performed by Sound Traveler.

Thanks to Island Music and Nolan’s for presenting a great program. We had our first public performance of “Only Now,” our world premier of “Cruise Control,” and a reprise of “Stars Tonight.” All three songs feature trumpet, guitar, and percussion. There was a great line up of performers of all kinds.
