Thanks for the great music tonight at Portabella’s. I’m the guy who asked for House of the Rising Sun. When I was MUCH younger I used to play and sing in a folk band and I have loved the music all my life. I only played background guitar. I never learned to pick. But I have always enjoyed listening to music like yours. I think it was Brian Wilson who said “picking is easy, It’s all done with 4 fingers and a plastic head”.
Thanks again for a great evening. It made me really miss singing in a small group.
